More about usQuestions
Common questions
Answers to what customers most often ask before their first order.
How can I pay?
By online or mobile banking, or cash on delivery. If you choose banking, you get a barcode straight after ordering and scan it in your banking app. With cash on delivery you pay the courier. Card payment is not available at the moment.
When do you ship?
When you pay by bank transfer, we ship as soon as the payment reaches our account. Cash-on-delivery orders are prepared straight away. Either way, we e-mail you when the parcel leaves.
Can I mix recipes in one order?
Yes. Choose how many bags of each recipe you want; delivery is charged once for the whole order.
How long does one bag last?
It depends on your dog's weight and activity. For example, a less active 20 kg dog on Lamb Sensitive eats about 290 g a day, so a 12.5 kg bag lasts about 43 days.
How do I switch to a new food?
Gradually, over about two weeks. Replace a little more of the old food with the new each day, and make sure your dog always has fresh, clean water.
Do you deliver outside Croatia?
We arrange delivery outside Croatia case by case. Write to us at info@luckylee.hr.
